Unlimited Telephone Support & Guaranteed Response Times
With all our support contracts we offer unlimited support by telephone. Depending on the level of support contract we also guarantee our response times to either 4 or 8 hours on business daya or around the clock basis.
We manage a support call with our support management system which we have developed in house. When a support call is received it is entered in to the support system immediately. The call will be allocated to the appropriate member of our support staff. If the problem cannot be solved over the phone we will either remotely connect to the system using virtual private networking technology to solve the problem or schedule a site visit. This is dependent on the level of support that has been agreed and the severity of the problem. If the problem is mission critical then we will always endeavour to pull all the stops out and solve the problem as quickly as possible.
