Support from Telephone to Remote Server & Desktop

A support call can be initiated by telephone, fax, email or from our website. We allocate each support call a unique reference number in our support system which was developed in-house. With appropriate use of virtual private networking technology we can connect remotely to most of out customers networks and to their servers and desktops. In most cases this allows us to solve problems without actually visiting the customers site.

If a hardware failure has occurred or it is not possible to solve the problem remotely we will schedule a site visit a quickly as possible dependent on the severity of the problem. In the case of a hardware failure where a third party engineer is called out we will attend site at the same time a the engineer to ensure that the system is up and running as quickly as possible.
