They have extremely complex filling productions lines. As the products emerge from the end of the line each case required a simple label to indicate the batch number, product number, quantity etc. We provided a simple piece of software and a printer to provide this requirement. Conversely we were commissioned by Geo. L. Scott & Co. Limited to supply a bar coded stock control system which linked into there mainframe UNISYS system. Previously booked stocks were difficult to maintain and not 100% accurate, and now they have an exact, real time stock position that also gives them complete material trace-ability back to the supplier.
